My daughter and I first started Pilates with Kay in early 2019. We both had joint problems but Kay was able to adapt exercises to suit our different bodies.
Once Covid allowed us to meet again, I resumed my sessions with Kay and she has been wonderful with her support and guidance, both in person and on Zoom.

I had never tried Pilates before so I was a bit nervous, but Kay made me feel completely at ease from the first class. I straight away felt comfortable and in a safe, non-judgemental environment. I feel that I get 1-to-1 tailored support in each class, even though they are group classes. I really enjoy the classes and look forward to them each week. I would 100% recommend them!

I’ve been going to Kay’s Pilates classes, both in-person and online for a few years now and, despite not being as young as I used to be, Kay has managed to inspire and motivate me at the same time as safely building up my core strength through her entertaining classes. I hope to be attending for a few more years yet…
